    Breakfast Pizza

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 01/13/2013The crescent rolls provide for a flaky crust that is delicious. It was baked in a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.It didn’t necessarily taste like pizza, but it did have a similar texture.

It may use a little kick, like some green chiles or spicy sauce, to make it more interesting. It was quite enjoyable.I threw in some diced ham and bacon chunks for good measure. My children even ate some of it.

In fact, I believe I used more eggs than the recipe asked for, as 5 seemed insufficient. In addition, it takes a little longer to cook than the recipe indicates on the label. This is convenient since you may incorporate a variety of various ingredients or vegetables into it.

You could add anything you wanted in an omelet on top of this dish.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars Nice breakfast meal served with a fruit salad on November 13, 2012.Very simple and delicious!Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 01/03/2014 I didn’t have a pizza pan, so I used a 9 x 13 casserole dish to bake it instead. As a result, it came out looking more like a casserole.Following the advice of others, I increased the number of eggs used (to a total of 7) and added green pepper, black olives, and bacon pieces.

It turned out well and gave the impression that I was eating an omelet with potatoes and a biscuit (oh yeah, I used biscuits instead of crescent rolls).Because one piece was full, I sliced it into six pieces and now I have breakfast for the next several mornings all prepared and ready to be re-heated in the microwave.Likewise, my partner like it, and he recommends serving it with some spicy sauce or salsa to add a bit more flavor and heat to the dish.

Oh, and I used chicken sausage, which worked out well.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 10/12/2012This is a favorite in the family!Rating: 4 out of 5 stars It was delicious with chopped onion and tomato, which I added on January 16th.I omitted the hash browns from the recipe since I dislike them.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 12/18/2012I have a pizza stone and a pizza pan with holes in the bottom, both of which are incompatible with this dish’s cooking method. As a result, I opted to use an oblong casserole dish, which turned out to be an excellent choice.

Even though I made a few mistakes with the layering, the final result was still pleasing.I had a fantastic breakfast casserole for dinner, which was just amazing.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 11/22/2015 We spiced up the sausage mixture by adding spinach and green onions, as well as a few other ingredients.

We had to cook it for an additional 8 minutes to get the brine on the top!It was very excellent!Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 05/08/2018 Every time I prepare this dish, the kids go crazy over it.My variation consists of handmade dough that has been flattened out on a baking stone.Sausage gravy, hash browns, mushrooms, onions, eggs, sausage, and cheese are all served with this dish.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars 01/28/2014I prepared this meal for breakfast today and was dissatisfied with the results. It would have been better if I hadn’t included the eggs in the first place.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars The crust was a disaster (hey, it was my first time making a crust!) on February 16th, 2019.

Now I’m aware of the need of conserving water. The green pepper was sliced and included since I needed to get rid of the pepper I had.I ended up not being able to finish it all, so I simply stored the leftovers in the refrigerator and reheated them whenever I felt like it during the week.It was very excellent!

    1. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 01/31/2019 This is just fantastic!
    2. I was successful on both occasions.
    3. The first time, as directed by the recipe, and the second time, with diced onions and bell pepper added.

The process of cooking it with the additions takes a bit longer, but the end result has a somewhat distinct flavor. Both are fantastic!Rating: 2 out of 5 stars 03/07/2017 This was a recipe that I had difficulty with.A single box of crescent rolls was insufficient. It was because the crescent rolls were not properly sealed that the egg mixture seeped out.

If this had been prepared in a glass baking dish with sides, it might not have spilled as much. The flavor was pleasant.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 05/30/2018 I modified the pizza dough to a refrigerated yeast pizza crust to make it more substantial.

    • Even though the pizza was delectable, it definitely could have used more eggs and a method of keeping them in the dough.
    • I think the next time I make it, I’ll pre-mix at least the cheese and the eggs, and maybe even the hash browns, and then layer them on top of the sausage in the crust before baking it.
    • It’s possible to include some crumbled bacon.
    • Had a hankering for these ever since the local grocery store that used to prepare them in-house closed its doors.
    • So, all in all, I was a very content camper!
    • Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 02/08/2015Overall, this is a decent recipe.
    1. Because I didn’t have a pizza pan, it ended up becoming a casserole.
    2. Absolutely filling, with lots of leftovers to share.
    3. I’m thinking about experimenting with chorizo and green chilies next time.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 30/05/2018This recipe was simple to prepare and a hit with my guys.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 05/19/2019This was a great experience for my family.I made adjustments based on my own preferences and the ingredients I had on hand.Because that was the only thing I had on hand, I substituted hot italian sausage for the morning sausage.

    • Because I didn’t have any Parmesan on hand, I used cheddar.
    • I also used green onions in the recipe.
    • What I enjoyed about this dish was how simple it was to modify it to meet my vegetarian requirements.
    1. I just omitted the sausage from a little piece of the meal for myself.
    2. I’ll include mushrooms in my vegetarian portion the next time I make it.
    3. The crescent roll crust was moist and delicious.
    4. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 12/29/2014 This will be perfect for our Christmas morning breakfast!

It was a hit with my family!Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 05/30/2018 My family acted as if I had slaved away all morning, despite the fact that I had done nothing.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 05/14/2020 This is something that both my hubby and I like.Instead of 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, I used a half teaspoon white pepper to make up the difference.

In addition, I substituted mozzarella cheese for the cheddar.Simply begin by selecting a preference.Rating: 3 out of 5 stars 01/28/2017 It’s a little uninteresting.Because eggs have a tendency to run, I drilled holes in the cheese mixture and put the eggs in.I recommend skipping the hash browns and replacing them with spinach and mushrooms.adding a little of fried bacon on top in the last 10 minutes of cooking time Rating: 5 out of 5 stars I’ve been cooking this identical recipe for my family Christmas morning breakfast for the past 13 years.

05/25/2018 (not sure where I got it from originally.) Despite the negative feedback, I found it to be effective (when used with a pizza pan – everyone, run out and get one!) Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 05/30/2018Delicious Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 03/05/2017 I threw up some chopped onions and red, yellow, and orange peppers for color.Pillsbury pizza dough was used in this recipe. There was a search for whole wheat dough, but there was no such thing.Cook the dough for 5 – 8 minutes before adding the toppings, and make sure your pan has enough depth to accommodate the toppings. It was simple to prepare, and everyone enjoyed it.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 07/28/2013 The best of all time!Additionally, it is simple.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 06/27/2018 It will be made in a pan with sides next time because there wasn’t enough crescent dough to form a 1 1/2″ rim on the first time, and part of the eggs spilled over the edge and cooked on the bottom of the oven.

    • The rest of the family, on the other hand, adored it!
    • Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 05/31/2018 You can’t go wrong with this one.
    • Great.
    • Keep an eye on the baking time.

Even though it was successful and fascinating, I’m not sure I’d make it again.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 05/29/2018 Everything was perfect since I followed the recipe exactly as it was stated. My family loved it!Because the pizza pan was only 14 inches in diameter, I had a little trouble getting the rolls to fit evenly in the pan.As a result, I just used a baking dish. It’s something I’ll definitely cook again.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars 04/24/2018The egg leaked out of the crust as it cooked and rose throughout baking and raising.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars On January 18th, 2013, I made this delicious and simple supper. My teenage daughter and her friends enjoy it even more when the ″veggie crumbles″ are used in place of the sausage for a no-meat alternative to the traditional dish.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 03/28/2017 It was a delicious breakfast alternative, and the kids enjoyed it as well.I browned the beef the night before to reduce the amount of time I had to spend cooking in the morning. This is a recipe that we will definitely cook again.

    • Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 03/13/2020I used a small rectangular pan to bake pizza dough that I had rolled out.
    • The hashbrowns and dough were baked until lightly browned before the rest of the ingredients were added to the pan.
    • For a vegetarian pizza, replace the sausage with bacon or mushrooms.
    • Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 02/02/2020 I cooked this for a breakfast baby shower that I was hosting.
    • Guests inquired about the recipe.

The recipe was also tested on my family a few days earlier, and they were thrilled with the results. The ingredients were Italian sausage, onions, and yellow and red peppers. The dish was simple to create using pantry staples and is quite adaptable – simply change a variety of vegetables or add another meat to make it your own.The taste was not overpoweringly ″eggy,″ as other recipes are.

Next time, I’ll make it using turkey sausage, plenty of vegetables, and low-fat cheese to cut down on the fat level of the dish.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 05/24/2018I made the crust with the hash browns that I had leftover.Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 05/28/2018 Instead of sausage, bacon was used.

Aside from that, I had a larger pizza pan so I doubled the recipe. It’s a perfect fit.I would have added a bit extra cheese if I could have.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 04/29/2018It was a big hit with the youngsters!Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 06/06/2018I had some portabella mushrooms that had been left over.As a result, I put them on.It was a fantastic experience.Making it again this weekend and on a regular basis. Thanks Rating: 5 out of 5 stars 07/16/2017 I prepared it with pizza dough that I shaped out into a complete pizza and then baked on a pizza stone until golden brown.

I omitted the sausage and cooked my own hashbrowns from scratch, instead of buying them.Onion, tomato and cilantro were chopped and added to the dish.It turned out fantastic!Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 07/11/2016I followed the advice and added the extra eggs.Because my pizza pan does not have any sides, I used a greased 9×13 glass dish.I’m glad I raised the margins a little higher since it does cover the space quite a bit.

The crust got a touch too brown since I had to cook it longer for the eggs, but my son, who has braces, felt it was a fantastic meal to have for his sore mouth while he was eating it.Rating: 3 out of 5 stars 01/12/2017 Due to the fact that the dough does not hold together, it is difficult to work with, and fat from the sausage can seep through and cause the bottom to burn.Although it tastes nice, the crescent roll dough is a nightmare to work with.Rating: 4 out of 5 stars 05/31/2018 This was a quick and simple dish to prepare.I would, however, use Pillsbury’s pizza dough in the future since I was unable to obtain a sufficient edge on the crescent rolls to prevent the egg from overflowing out of the crust the first time.

    1. The pizza was a hit with everyone.

Mama Cozzi’s Biscuit Crust Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Pizza

Depending on your own preferences, you may or may not consider pizza to be a suitable breakfast option. However, some dietitians believe that it is not the worst idea.Aldi has already experimented with a variety of unique morning dishes, including a refrigerated take-and-bake breakfast pizza and a frozen breakfast pizza.

Take-and-bake pizzas, such as the Mama Cozzi’s Biscuit Crust Sausage Cheese Breakfast Pizza, are not recommended for this recipe. In this case, it’s a frozen pizza that can be found in the Special Buy (ALDI Find) area of the supermarket. The 12′′ pizza was $3.99 at the time of writing this post. The pizza is made with a biscuit crust, as suggested by the name.

A mixture of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses are sprinkled on top, and the dish is finished with sausage.Instead of tomato sauce, country gravy is used to make this pizza. The standard cooking instructions are included.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, keeping the pizza frozen throughout the process. The frozen pizza should go immediately on the middle rack of the oven.(We made use of a pizza crisper for this.) Bake the pizza for 22-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted in the center and the dough is golden brown on the bottom. The instructions also state that you should not consume the pizza before it is baked, and that you should wait until the pizza has reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees before eating it.Instructions for cooking.(Click on the image to expand it.) There is one more recommendation included in the recipe, which is to top the pizza with scrambled eggs.

We took advantage of the opportunity, whipping up some Goldhen Eggs to serve as a garnish for our pie.Mama Cozzi’s is topped with Goldhen Eggs, a delicacy from Italy.(Click on the image to expand it.) We were rather taken aback.

Despite the fact that it was a frozen pizza, the different components, from the country gravy to the sausage and cheese, were all of high quality. Also, the inclusion of scrambled eggs is a little touch that should not be neglected — the eggs offer a delightful additional layer of flavor to the pizza and elevate it to a new level of excellence.(It also gives the pizza a bit more heft, because it isn’t particularly large.) There are a couple of cautions. For starters, this pizza is not a healthy option.Information about the nutritional value. You should only watch at your own risk.

(Click on the image to expand it.) One slice of pizza — and remember, this is not a large pizza — has 410 calories, 23 grams of fat, and 700 milligrams of salt per serving. To put it another way, two slices of pizza have enough saturated fat to satisfy 100 percent of the daily recommended intake. When we sliced the pizza into eight slices (the nutrition information is based on one-fifth of a pizza, but who cuts their pizza into five pieces?) we each ate two slices, so if you’re like us, you may anticipate your nutrient information to be a little higher, as two slices is one-fourth of a pizza.

It should be noted that even after adding the eggs, those two slices were not enough to satisfy our hunger. However, the eggs are not included in any of those nutritional calculations.

    The Verdict:

It’s hard to beat Mama Cozzi’s Biscuit Crust Sausage Cheese Breakfast Pizza when it comes to flavor, especially when it’s topped with some scrambled eggs. It’s also quite harmful to your health, and at 12 inches in length, it’s not particularly enormous. It’s a tasty treat, but it’s also a meal that should only be had once in a while…

which is presumably why it’s only available at ALDI Finds.

    How To Make Breakfast Pizza

We independently choose these items, and if you make a purchase after clicking on one of our links, we may receive a commission. For those of you who would prefer to forget about cold leftover pizza for morning, but who still want to indulge in the concept of eating pizza for breakfast, this recipe is for you.Even while morning pizza can be found just about anywhere, there’s a particular type popular in the Midwest that we’ve become really fond of.

Although this regional speciality appears simple at first glance — a layer of sausage, eggs, and cheese on a basic crust — a closer look will reveal a creamy cheese sauce in place of the usual haphazard handful of cheese, and a layer of hash browns hidden beneath the layer of sausage, eggs, and cheese. Those small elements elevate this gas station pizza to the level of inspiration it deserves. On a weekend morning, you can complete the entire pizza from start to finish in about an hour. However, you can prepare the majority of the toppings the night before and bake this pizza in less than 30 minutes any day of the week.

    Casey’s General Store Breakfast Pizza

    • Casey’s General Store, an Iowa-based convenience store chain, is responsible for the creation of the most well-known morning pizza in the Midwest. Throughout the day, Casey’s locations prepare and sell breakfast pizzas. Pizza crust is covered with the restaurant’s famous cheese sauce, sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese, among other things. While you can change up the other ingredients on the pizza, the cheese sauce is the key to creating a breakfast pizza like Casey’s. So, what is the best way to make a pizza for breakfast? The answer is as straightforward as you might expect: Top it with conventional breakfast stuff, but do it with a little delicacy to make it seem more elegant. Sausage, hash potatoes, and scrambled eggs are staples in our house since it’s filling, tasty, and reheats nicely. Although this dish appears to be lengthy, you may prepare the cheese sauce, cook the sausage and eggs, and grate the cheese the night before, and then build the pizza the next day once they have been assembled. Cheese sauce: You can make the cheese sauce the night before and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight. Alternatively, a prepared product such as Cheese-Wiz can be substituted.
    • Sausage: For this recipe, bulk breakfast sausage is the way to go. Preparation should begin the night before.
    • Eggs: I’m not a big fan of pre-cooking scrambled eggs, but between the cheese sauce and the cheese on top, the pre-cooked eggs will steam as they reheat and won’t dry out in the oven like they typically do. These can also be prepared the night before
    • however,
    • Fresh hash browns: While handmade hash browns are preferable, buying frozen hash brown potatoes and thawing them in the fridge overnight can save you a lot of time in the kitchen.

Breakfast pizza is a terrific way to make use of leftovers in the morning.Replace the scrambled eggs with cubes of leftover frittata (or breakfast casserole) on the pizza, or substitute the hash browns for leftover roasted veggies from yesterday night’s meal to make it a vegetarian option.Using the formula of pizza crust plus cheese sauce plus cheese plus toppings, you can breathe new life into those stale leftovers.

    Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    • 1 1/4 cups whole milk, divided
    • 1 tablespoon cooking spray
    • Split 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • Split into two equal halves
    • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
    • Breakfast sausage, uncooked and with casings removed, 8 ounces
    • 4 big eggs
    • 1 pound pizza dough that has been let out at room temperature
    • 1 cup thawed frozen hash brown potatoes
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 2 thinly sliced onions
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit with a rack in the centre of the oven. Prepare the cheese sauce by spraying a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until it is completely melted. Cook, stirring constantly, until the butter-flour mixture loses its gloss, approximately 1 minute. Remove from the heat and set aside. 1 cup of the milk should be whisked in, and the mixture should be brought to a boil, whisking occasionally, until thickened, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in half of the cheddar cheese and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until well combined. Put it aside to cool somewhat while you finish up the rest of the ingredients for the toppings.
    2. Cook the sausage and eggs until they are done. Using a medium nonstick frying pan, cook the ingredients over medium-high heat. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes, depending on the size of the crumbles. While the sausage is cooking, whisk together the eggs, 1/4 cup of milk, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl until well combined and smooth. The cooked sausage should be transferred to a dish lined with paper towels using a slotted spoon. Allow any remaining sausage grease to remain in the pan before pouring in the egg mixture. Scramble the eggs for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they are almost cooked through but still juicy. Remove the pan from the heat and roll out the pizza dough, docking it as you go. Form the pizza dough into a 12-inch round by rolling or stretching it out. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and set aside. Working from the center outward to within 1 inch of the edge, ″dock″ (poke holes in) the pizza dough with the tines of a fork. Because of the warming cheese sauce, the dough will not become soggy as a result of this.
    3. Make a sauce for the pizza. Spread the cheese sauce on the pizza crust in a thin, equal layer, just like you would pizza sauce. It’s possible that you won’t use all of the cheese sauce.
    4. Place the toppings on top of the pizza. Sprinkle the sausage on top of the cheese sauce, then add the hash browns and scrambled eggs on top of that, and you’re done. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, and the scallions over the top of the pizza.
    5. Preheat the oven to 200°F and bake for 20-25 minutes. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown
    6. remove from the oven and set aside.
    7. Allow to cool before slicing. Allow the pizza to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into it. This will allow the cheese sauce to harden and prevent it from seeping out. Transfer the mixture to a cutting board, slice it, and plate it

5 Pizza Toppings That Should Always Be Precooked

We independently choose these items, and if you make a purchase after clicking on one of our links, we may receive a commission. When it comes to pizza, a good mix of sauce, cheese, and dough is essential — but don’t forget about the toppings! However, although the majority of toppings may simply be chopped and put over the pizza before baking, there are a few that should be precooked in order to get a superior texture and taste.

Pizzas are typically baked in a short amount of time, and the purpose of the baking period is to crisp the crust and melt the cheese.Raw meats, such as sausage, chicken, or bacon, are unlikely to be fully cooked in the short baking time, thus they should be precooked before baking.(Did you know that you can even microwave pepperoni to get rid of some of the grease before putting it on the pizza?) Smoked sausages and salamis that are offered completely cooked, on the other hand, are perfectly acceptable and do not require precooking.Root vegetables and hard squashes are delicious on pizza, but they’re best prepared separately by blanching or roasting them first, unless you’re able to chop them razor-thin.

No one likes to bite into a chunk of butternut squash, potato, or sweet potato that is still firm to the biting!Delicate greens, such as arugula and spinach, do not require precooking before being used in pizza, but sturdy, leafy greens, particularly those with gritty stems, do require cooking before to use.Blanch broccoli rabe to soften the stems and soothe some of the bitterness, prepare crispy kale for added crunch, or sauté Swiss chard to add a little zip to your meal!

Remember to pat the cooked greens dry before sprinkling them on top of the pizza since extra water might cause the top of the pizza to become too soggy. Those who disagree with me on this point would say that onions do not need to be precooked, especially if they are cut up very finely. If you like raw onions, go ahead and do so with my approval! My preferred method, on the other hand, is to sauté onions until they are soft and sweet. If I have the opportunity, I would even caramelize them first – caramelized onions just enhance the flavor of everything, don’t you think?Sautéing mushrooms accomplishes two tasks at once: it removes some of the extra water while also intensifying their excellent tastes.

If you sauté the mushrooms in a frying pan for a few minutes before making mushroom pizza, you will have an opportunity to season them as they cook.

    Friday Night Pizza {Recipe: Loaded Bacon Bits Pizza}

The 29th of November, 2012 Pizza is one of my favorite foods. When it comes to food, if I could alternate Chipotle Chicken Burritos with Pizza every other day, I’d be a very happy and bloated person. The keyword here is ″happy,″ since, after all, happiness is what counts most, right?

You know what I enjoy even more than pizza?Do you?I’m putting my children to work preparing dinner. There’s nothing better than sitting back, eating bonbons, and watching the servants I bred toil away in the kitchen preparing supper.

It’s really rather nice.Isn’t she looking rather content with her role as the family’s servant for the evening? It’s even better when they believe that working is enjoyable.

At three years old, she hasn’t yet become desensitized to the harsh realities of a working life, so I’m taking advantage of her upbeat disposition while I still can.To be more serious though, can we chat about this pizza Leah created with Pillsbury’s new Artisan Whole Grain Pizza Crust? We should probably talk about how this particular pizza recipe was influenced by one of my favorite pizza restaurants in Bourbonnais, Illinois.Monical’s Pizza Restaurant offers a specialty pizza known as Bacon Bit Pizza. My brother Mike and his family live in Bourbonnais, and they were the ones who persuaded us to give this pizza a try a long time ago. They were talking about something unusual, but I assumed they were talking about something important.

As much as I like spending time with my brother and his family, the Bacon Bit pizza from Monical’s is a welcome treat whenever we travel to see them.Regardless of whether or not the Bacon Bit pizza is available, we will come. However, having it available is a wonderful bonus.

Bacon Bits Pizza is quick and easy to make…and, while it doesn’t taste precisely like Monical’s, this recipe comes pretty darn close to it.If you prefer bacon and pizza, and you appreciate a dish that is so simple that even your children can prepare it, you’re in luck…This is the recipe you’ve been looking for.Enjoy!

The 7 Craziest Pizza Toppings in the World

    • April 8, 2016
    • Ingredient, Pizza Love

Our pizza toppings are rather easy in the good ‘ol United States of America, which is a refreshing change from other parts of the world. As is often the case, pepperoni is a staple choice, but other popular versions include sausage and a variety of vegetables like as peppers and onions. Some people may want to make it a little nicer by using pineapple and Canadian bacon.

However, in other parts of the world, things tend to become a little…weird. They do, at least according to our Midwestern standards.Check out some of the most bizarre pizza toppings in the planet, and we challenge you to try them on your next cheese pizza!

    1. Sweden = Banana + Curry

In Sweden, an apparently odd combination of spicy curry and sweet bananas is a popular topping combination for ice cream. They frequently top it with smoked ham or cheese to give it an even more powerful taste. Peanuts and chicken are two more traditional Swedish toppings to try.

    2. Australia = Kangaroo + BBQ

Despite the fact that it seems ridiculous, kangaroo, emu, and crocodile are among the most popular Australian toppings, along with a generous amount of BBQ sauce. You’ve got yourself an odd Australian pie on your hands.

    3. Germany = Canned Tuna Fish

Nope, not fresh tuna fish, but rather the canned kind. Pizza with tuna fish, also known as thunfisch pizza, is one of the most popular forms of pizza in Germany, where it is customarily served alongside onions and peppers.

    4. Russia = All the Fish

Of course, the Russians take the fish aspect to a whole new level by topping their pies with nearly every type of fish you can think of: sardines, tuna, mackerel, red herring, salmon, you name it, the Russians have it. They also eat their pizza cold and with onions on the side. Yum?

    5. France = Sunny Side-Up Eggs

The French have a thing for sunny-side-up eggs on their pizza, whether they are baked directly on top or fried separately. Okay, so fried eggs on pizza isn’t exactly out of the ordinary, but perhaps the simplicity of such an ingredient is what makes it so intriguing!

    6. India = Mutton

Given that mutton (goat) is a common element in traditional Indian cookery, it’s no wonder that it’s also the most popular pizza topping in the country. With pickled ginger, paneer (cheese), and a variety of classic Indian sauces such as tikka, we expect this pizza to be bursting at the seams with taste!

    7. Brazil = Green Peas + Broccoli

It appears that Brazilians adore their vegetables, as seen by their fondness for including them on their pizza.Green peas and broccoli are among the vegetables that are frequently used as toppings in Brazil. To make things even more fascinating, they’ve added quail eggs, carrots, beets, and raisins to the mix, resulting in a genuinely unusual flavor combination.

The beauty of pizza is that you can top it with nearly any type of topping and it will still taste fantastic!Similarly to how St.Louis-style pizza and other typical St.Louis fare express something distinctive about our beautiful city, we appreciate how a country’s culture may present itself on a slice of pizza.

Consequently, if you’re interested in embarking on an international, multi-cultural voyage of flavor, try out one of the pizzas listed above!Have you ever tried any of these unusual toppings?Which ones are your favorites?

If so, please share your thoughts on it with us in the comments section below!
