Because goat cheese has such a diverse range of flavor profiles, textures, and degrees of crumbliness (depending on how and how long it is matured), there are countless ways to use it into your cooking. In terms of goat cheese classification, there are three basic categories: Fresh: Unlike other types of cheese, they are rindless and quite spreadable, and they are available in several forms. You’re undoubtedly accustomed to seeing a log-shaped form of this product at grocery shops

  • Although it is summer, these goat cheese-topped eggs in a winter tomato and kale sauce are a comforting dish that can be enjoyed at any time of year.

The differences between cow’s milk and goat’s milk

  • According to Molly Birnbaum, executive editor of Cook’s Science at America’s Test Kitchen, goat’s milk does not flocculate, which means the cream will not rise to the top of the milk.
