    3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 485 degrees Fahrenheit (250 degrees Celsius).
    4. It must be really hot, therefore I recommend waiting until the temperature reaches the right level before cooking the pizza.
    5. While you’re at it, butter two 33-inch-round baking pans and lay out the pizza dough between them.

    • So, now that you have the recipe (which isn’t rigorous at all

In the photo below, you can see all of the toppings I’m putting on my pizzas: Take a big potato and slice it down both sides so that you have flat edges on both sides of the potato. This is necessary in order for you to be able to secure it to this apparatus. In order to make it easier to hook onto the cutter, smooth down the bottom of the piece of paper. Once the potato has been cooking for about 5 minutes, season it with salt (sprinkle equally across the top) and then take some shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange it evenly on top of the potato. Leave a narrow border around the picture. After the cheese has melted, spread the marinara on top of it. Ordinarily, marinara sauce would be used to cover the bottom layer of potatoes, but this would result in the potatoes being soggy, and it is preferable if the cheese melts into the potatoes (you’ll understand why later). In case you were wondering how large my potato pizza is, my pan has an 8-inch diameter, just in case you were wondering. For this pizza, there are no time constraints
    • you’ll know when it’s ready to be removed from the griddle when the crust is golden brown. As long as the top is lovely and golden brown (and crispy), you’re done! It should be served on a circular cake stand. It’s also a good idea to throw in 5-6 fresh basil leaves about 2-3 minutes before serving to give it a pop of color and taste. The crust should have the following appearance: How the stringy, melting texture of the mozzarella cheese merges so smoothly with the angel hair potatoes is something I really appreciate. It’s practically impossible to distinguish which is which. Cook the shrimp scampi in a skillet with butter and olive oil until they are pink. Stir in the garlic and salt until the garlic is beautifully roasted, about 30 seconds or so. The white wine can then be added at this point. To thicken the sauce, whisk in 1 tablespoon flour until smooth, then stir in the shrimp. When the shrimp turns pink and is nice and firm, you know you’re through with the sauce. The parsley may be added later, once the pizza has taken shape. Set this sauce aside for now. Add 1 teaspoon potato starch to the sauce if desired
    • this will give the sauce a very gooey and thick texture, which is ideal for use on pizza. There is really just one more item to prepare for the pizzas, and that is the mushrooms, which are already prepared. Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. When the pan is heated, add in all of the sliced mushrooms and cook until the mushrooms are soft. Stir until the onions are golden brown, but don’t add any salt until the dish is finished (this will pull moisture out of the mushrooms, which will only make them soggy). Cook for another 1-2 minutes after adding the garlic at the end. The garlic is added at the end to avoid it from burning and from imparting a bitter flavor to the mushrooms throughout the cooking process (mushrooms will take long to brown). These little circles are around 4×4 inches in size, and you can get them at most kitchen equipment retailers. In situations when you need to mold something while it’s cooking in a skillet, they are excellent tools. The angel hair potatoes can be a little unruly, but these silicon rounds assist to mold them into the desired shape. Place the potatoes into each ring of a hot pan covered with olive or vegetable oil and cook until the potatoes are tender. Pizza with blue cheese and arugula is seen below. As soon as the bleu cheese begins to melt, add the arugula and pear to the top of the dish. For the shrimp scampi pizza, I started with the sauce and then finished with the chopped parsley (optional). Later on, the shrimp was added to the dish as a garnish.
