    • STEP 2: To bake your pizza, follow these steps: Preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius/220 degrees fan/gas 8 and add one of the toppings suggested below before baking for 15-20 minutes, or until crisp.
    • STEP 3Ham, mushroom, and rocket with pesto: Spread the pesto on the foundation of your sandwich. Add ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, and spice to the top of the dish. Bake according to package directions, then top with a handful of rocket.

    Supreme, the pizza that I grew up with, is right behind pepperoni in terms of popularity. …and the only rule I have about supremacy is… It has to have at least TWO types of meat.     Hawaiian (Ham & Pineapple)

    • 1 1/4 cups waxy potato slices cut into 2mm (1/12″) slices

    • Preheat the oven to 275°C/530°F, or the highest temperature it can tolerate. Place the oven shelf in the upper third of the oven.
    • To make a pizza foundation, stretch out the dough and place it onto a baking sheet.
    • Place the dish in the oven after following the topping instructions below.
    • Turn the pizza after 4 minutes to ensure equal cooking, and check it after 8 minutes (even if recipe says 10 minutes). If the cheese becomes too brown, remove it as soon as possible.

    Pepperoni

    • Spread the pizza sauce over the base, then top with the cheese.
    • Bake the pizza after distributing the pepperoni on top.

    Supreme

    • Spread the pizza sauce over the base, then top with the cheese.
    • Distribute the remaining ingredients over the pizza and bake until golden brown.

    Ham & Pineapple

    • Sauce and cheese should be spread on top of the pizza dough.
    • Bake the pizza with the remaining ingredients on top.

    BBQ Meatlovers

    • Spread barbecue sauce over the bottom of the pan, then top with cheese.
    • Distribute the remaining ingredients over the pizza and bake until golden brown.

    Garlic Butter Prawns & Chilli

    • Season the prawns/shrimp with salt and pepper.
    • In a large skillet or heavy frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat until it is foaming. Cook for another 30 seconds after adding the garlic.
    • On one side, cook the prawns for 1 minute, or until they are just beginning to brown. Cook for another 1 minute before removing the prawns. Keep the garlic butter aside.
    • Spread the pizza sauce over the base, then top with the cheese.
    • Place the other ingredients (excluding the rocket) on top of the pizza and top with the prawns. Bake until the potatoes are tender
    • Drizzle the prawns with the leftover garlic butter and sprinkle with the rocket

    Sausage & Kale

    • Spread the pizza sauce over the base, then top with the cheese.
    • Bake the pizza with the remaining ingredients once you’ve strewn them on top. (See also Note 2).

    Margherita

    • Pizza sauce should be spread over the base. Bake for 15 minutes after drizzling 1 tablespoon of oil over the base.
    • Remove the pizza from the oven after 5 minutes. Buffalo mozzarella should be shredded into 10 pieces and distributed over the pizza. Continue to bake the pizza until it is done.
    • To finish, drizzle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with basil leaves.

    Capricciosa

    • Spread the pizza sauce over the base, then top with the cheese.
    • Distribute the remaining ingredients over the pizza and bake until golden brown.

    Quattro Formaggio (Four Cheese Pizza)

    Spread mozzarella cheese over the bottom of the pan. Provolone, parmesan, and finally blue cheese should be sprinkled over the pie. Bake.

    Prosciutto & Rocket

    • Pizza sauce should be spread over the base, followed by cheese. 1 tablespoon oil should be drizzled over the pizza before baking
    • remove the pizza from the oven 2 minutes before it is done. Wrap the prosciutto around the pizza in a casual manner.
    • Continue to bake until the cake is done. Sprinkle rocket on top of the pizza and sprinkle with a little extra olive oil if desired.

    Cheese & Garlic

    • Spread the pizza sauce over the base, then top with the cheese.
    • Scatter the other ingredients over the pizza, taking extra care to evenly distribute the garlic to avoid large clumps, and bake until golden brown.

    Potato & Rosemary

    • Spread mozzarella cheese over the bottom of the pan
    • Arrange potato slices across the pizza, with each slice overhanging no more than a third of the previous slice to ensure that the pizza is fully cooked through.
    • Drizzle the olive oil over the top and sprinkle with the rosemary and salt to taste. Bake for the amount of time specified in the recipe. Make sure the potato is soft by poking it with a fork or skewer. If the chicken isn’t fully done, heat for another 2 minutes.

    As a result of layering vegetables on top of cheese and baking the pizza at a high temperature, a significant amount of the moisture in the vegetables evaporates.Because the vegetables are layered beneath a bed of cheese and baked at a high temperature, all of the moisture generated becomes contained between the cheese and the sauce.In addition, all of the moisture has nowhere to go until you slice the pizza, at which point it is quickly released into the crust, resulting in a soggy-bottom crust on the bottom.The extra moisture in your crust essentially dilutes the flavor and texture of your crust, making it less pleasurable to consume as a result.When I’m creating a designer custom pizza for my menu, I like to experiment with different ways to construct the pizza.Some of my creative pizzas are topped with cheese, while others are topped with cheese on the bottom.
