  1. Make indirect cooking preparations on a grill over medium heat at 375-400°F and preheat on high for 10-15 minutes before cooking begins. The outer burners should be set to medium to medium low, and the inner burner(s) should be turned off, as shown in the diagram.
  2. Pizzas should be placed in the center of the grill and cooked for 40-45 minutes for cheese pizzas and 50-55 minutes for sausage or pepperoni pizzas, depending on their thickness and toppings. Make certain you set a timer.
  3. Check the temperature with a thermometer to ensure that the pie is at least 165°F with a well browned crust and some gooey cheese
  4. If the pizza is still not done, shut the cover and set a timer for 5 minutes before checking again.
  1. Cook your pizza on a charcoal grill using a third of a chimney.
  2. Preheat your grill by distributing your charcoal evenly around the perimeter of the charcoal grates, making a full circle around the outside of the charcoal grate.
  3. You’ll be aiming for temperatures between 375 and 400 degrees.
  4. The dampers should be adjusted to roughly half-way open for optimal performance.
  5. Place the pizza in the center of the grate and cook it for the same amount of time as described earlier.

  5. (If you want fewer buns, cook them for 45-60 seconds longer.)
  6. When you open the package, be careful since steam will be escaping and the hot dog buns will be quite hot.
Assembly
  1. Open the steam bun entirely and with care.
  2. Place the hot dog onto the bread so that the ends curl up

  • Preheat the broiler or make a hot fire in a grill to cook the chicken.
  • Olive oil should be softly rubbed into the filets. Season both sides of the chicken with salt & pepper
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes each side for rare to medium rare

  5. cut the top of the bag and pull it aside to reveal the top of the pie crust
  6. Return the pan to the oven for another 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Thawing Instructions for Meats

The product can be frozen for up to six months at a time. Thaw meats in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before using them to get the greatest flavor and texture. Make sure to put the frozen food on a plate or in an open container to prevent any moisture from pouring over the surface as it melts. Product should be kept refrigerated and used within 4 days of thawing to ensure freshness.

  • Grill: Allow to defrost (see above on how to thaw). Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the ribs from the packaging and set them on the grill bone-side down. Heat for three minutes on one side, then three minutes on the other. Baste with sauce and cook for an additional two to three minutes over medium-high heat.
  • Stove-Top: (in a bag of boiling water): Thaw (see above note on how to thaw). Prepare a big pot of water by bringing it to a quick boil. Boil the ribs (without removing them from their package) for approximately 8 minutes until they are tender. Although cooking times may vary, ribs are ready when they are soft, supple, and flexible.
  • Using the oven, thaw (see above on how to thaw). Remove the product from the package. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the ribs, bone-side down, on a sheet pan or baking dish coated with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Cook for 18 minutes, or until desired doneness is reached.
  • Microwave: Defrost (see above on how to thaw). Remove the product from the package. Separate the ribs by cutting between them and placing them in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish. Cook for two minutes on high for the best results. Finish by brushing with sauce and cooking for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Then bring to a boil Grill (this is our preferred way!) Follow the boiling instructions above, then finish the ribs on a grill at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes to achieve soft ribs with a little sear.
Pulled Pork
  • Using the stovetop, melt the ice (see above on how to thaw). Prepare a big pot of water by bringing it to a quick boil. Submerge the pack (do not take it from the container) in boiling water for approximately 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. OR Fill a medium saucepan halfway with the contents of the package and cook over medium-low heat, stirring periodically, until heated. Pour in the required amount of sauce.
  • Microwave: Defrost (see above on how to thaw). Remove the product from the package. In a microwave-safe dish, heat for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on high power. Continue to cook for an additional 30 seconds after adding the appropriate quantity of sauce and stirring.
Brisket
  • Using the stovetop, melt the ice (see above on how to thaw). Prepare a big pot of water by bringing it to a quick boil. In a pot of boiling water, submerge the pack (do not remove the cryovac container) for roughly 8 minutes. OR A tiny amount of sauce should be placed in a medium saute pan. Fill a saucepan halfway with the thawed contents of the package and cook over medium-low heat, stirring periodically, until heated. Pour in the required amount of sauce.
  • Using the oven, thaw (see above on how to thaw). Remove the product from the package. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the brisket in an oven-safe dish with 1/4 cup water and bake for 30 minutes. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees, covered with aluminum foil.
Mini Buns

Bring the frozen food to room temperature. If preferred, reheat in the oven or on the grill.

Mac and Cheese
  • Microwave: from frozen to thawed (do not thaw). Do not remove any of the packing. In the centre of the package, opposite the seal, cut a 1 inch incision through it. In a microwave-safe dish, place the seal-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes on full power. Allow for 2 minutes of resting time. Remove the contents of the packet and place them in a serving dish. Keep in mind that it will be really hot.
  • Cooking on the stovetop: from frozen (do not thaw). Do not remove any of the packing. Bring a small pot of water to a fast boil, stirring constantly. In a saucepan of hot water, cook the pack for 5-6 minutes. Allow for 2 minutes of resting time. Remove the contents of the packet and place them in a serving dish. Keep in mind that it will be really hot.

Grilling Instructions

  1. You may defrost the pancake for 15-45 minutes in the microwave or overnight in the refrigerator for a faster, more consistent grilling method (be careful when handling the pancake after it has thawed since it will turn into liquid batter in the foil pan).
  2. Using an indirect grilling technique, preheat the grill to 350-375 degrees. Turn off the center burner and turn the front and rear (left and right) burners down to ″low/medium.″
