• CALZONE WITH HAM AND CHEESE fat-free ricotta cheese (about 1/3 cup) 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, finely chopped peppercorns that have been freshly ground 1/2 teaspoon 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese (preferably fresh) Part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 3/4 cup) shredded 4 tablespoons coarsely sliced lean ham 1 package (10 ounces) of pizza crust that is ready to bake Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (convection).
