    The original version of authentic Japanese sushi contains only four ingredients: cooked rice, rice vinegar, seaweed, and either raw fish or vegetables that have been freshly prepared in a sushi machine.The quality of the materials used in sushi preparation, as well as the expertise with which they are blended, are indicators of a sushi master’s abilities.
