  • 1 bottle caramel topping (the kind that comes in a squeeze container is the simplest to use)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

For Sugar Cookie Pizza Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. To make the crust, cream together the butter and sugars. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract until completely combined. Combine the dry ingredients.
  • Make a huge ball out of the dough and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Toss the dough with a rolling pin and spread it out into a large circle, then set it on a pizza pan or stone that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray or oiled.
  • You may also push the dough onto the pizza pan or stone with your hands to ensure that it is uniformly distributed.
  • Preheat the oven to 12-15 degrees.

  4. When making a fruit salad, I like to start in the middle with a layer of fruit and work my way around.
  5. Sprinkle with coconut flakes before serving.
  6. Apple Pizza with Caramel Sauce: Slice the apples into thin slices and set them in a large mixing basin.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 package (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 tube (16-1/2 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 to 2 firm bananas, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 to 3 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, peeled and chopped
  • Half a cup red grape halves, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup red grape halves, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Spread cookie dough into a 14-inch pizza pan that has not been oiled. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes, or until a deep golden brown color is achieved
  2. allow to cool.
  3. Cream the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar together in a mixing bowl until creamy. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined. Spread the mixture over the crust. Place the fruit on top of the cake.
  4. Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil while continually stirring for 2 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Allow to cool before brushing over the fruit. Chill. Refrigerate after opening.
