10 Secrets for making Pizzeria Quality Pizza at Home — ButterYum — a tasty little food blog

I understand what you’re going through.Do you believe that you can produce pizzeria-quality pizzas in your basic home oven?Wrong.

    • Yes, you can!
    • ** This post includes affiliate links for your convenience.
    • Look, there’s no mushy bottom crust at this place.
    • Oh, yes, my darling!
    • You’d want to manufacture some, wouldn’t you say?

You know what I’m talking about, don’t you?Now that you’ve wiped the drool off your keyboard, you should pay attention.I’m going to divulge some of my pizza-making secrets to you in this article. You’ll be grateful to me afterwards.

    • Secret1 – Preheat your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour after you have placed a pizza stone or baking steel on the second lowest rack position in your oven.
    • I know that seems like a long time, but believe me when I say that you will not be disappointed when you bite into that crisp bottom crust.
    • A word about pizza stones (also known as baking stones): they start out fairly pale in color and gradually darken as they are used.
    • In addition, the darker they grow, the more ″seasoned″ they become, generating a nonstick patina similar to that of a cast iron pan.
    • In addition to baking bread and biscuits, these stones are also excellent for gratining cheese.
    1. I strongly urge that everyone have one in their kitchen.
    2. The second secret is that I roll out my glob of freshly risen pizza dough (recipe below) and flatten it into a 12-inch circular on a sheet of parchment paper.
    3. This eliminates the need for cornmeal or flour to be sprinkled on the bottom of your pie crust before baking (which I find very icky).
    4. A pizza peel might make it easier to transfer the moist, sticky dough to the sizzling hot baking stone.
    5. Secret3 – Grabbing a corner of the parchment paper and pulling it off the oven shelf, back onto your peel, will make removing the crust from the oven a breeze.
    6. Secret4 – I ″dock″ my dough in order to prevent the formation of large air bubbles during the baking process.

It’s possible to accomplish this with a fork, but this amazing gadget is more fun to use since it allows you to poke holes all over the area of the dough that will hold the toppings.I prebake the unbaked crust for 7-10 minutes before using it.Make a note of how the corners of the docked cake rose throughout baking, although the docked center did not.

Secret number six: I use Garlic Oil to brush the edges of the crust.Make a sauce with your favorite canned or handmade San Marzano tomatoes and top with your preferred toppings. You may top your pizza with whatever you want, but I’m a purist, so I’ll stick to plain ole cheese pizza.I do, however, have to tweak it a little in order to replicate the pies from my childhood pizzerias in New York City (which just so happens to be my next secret).Secret7 – I sprinkling a generous amount of dried oregano on top of the cheese before serving.

Again, believe me when I say that this elevates the pizza to an all new level.Return the pan to the oven at 475 degrees for another 7-10 minutes. The eighth secret is to brush the edges of your final pizza with a little extra olive oil and a little sprinkle of garlic salt after it comes out of the oven.Oops, I forgot to photograph this step.To make this specific dish, I used garlic-flavored olive oil and a sprinkle of Jane’s Crazy Mixed Up Salt (which is very fantastic!).

    1. Don’t worry, the crust will absorb the oil, preventing your fingers from becoming excessively greasy.
    2. It also helps to prevent the edges from becoming too dry.
    3. Pepperoni pizza is a favorite of my husband and our children.
    1. If my husband had his way, this pizza would have 2 or 3 times the amount of pepperoni on it.
    2. Secret9 – A time back, I shared a brownie-cutting tip with you, in which I recommended using a plastic knife since the brownies would not adhere to it.
    3. Do you remember that advice?
    4. The same principle applies here: this Oxo Non-Stick Pizza Cutter is meant to be used with non-stick bakeware, but it has the extra benefit of not sticking to the hard plastic cutting wheel when melted cheese is used to cut the pizza.
    • There’s nothing worse than using a pizza cutter that rips all of the stringy melted cheese off your pizza, which is why I bought this cutter as soon as I saw it at the store.
    • It works flawlessly and keeps all of the delicious cheese in its original location.
    • Secret10 (last one) – If you don’t have a pizza peel, you may use a flat cookie sheet or an upside-down sheet pan, such as the one seen above, to transfer your pizza to and from the oven.
    • A splatter screen can also be used effectively.
    • I’m hoping you’ll share some of my pizza-making secrets with your friends the next time you make homemade pizza.
    • Enjoy!

    2. 30-60 minutes (this is an excellent time to preheat your oven and pizza stone to 475 degrees Fahrenheit)
    3. 30 minutes to an hour
    4. Lay out the rising dough on a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a 12-inch circle
    5. Using a fork, poke holes in the dough
    6. Bake the crust for 7-10 minutes at 350°F.
    7. Brush the edges of the crust with oil before adding the sauce and toppings.
    8. Return the baking sheet to the oven for a further 7-10 minutes.
    9. Remove the pan from the oven and spray the edges with oil again
    10. gently sprinkle the greased edges with garlic salt

    Notes

    • Also, the unbaked dough will adhere nicely to the parchment paper until the prebaking is complete
    • after that, you won’t need it any longer and can easily peel the parchment paper away from the dough.

SECRET PIZZA, Las Vegas – The Strip – Restaurant Reviews, Photos & Phone Number

If you’re reading this, it’s likely that you already know the ″secret.″ But it’s still entertaining to track down this location and feel like you’re part of something unique.Even if there is already a long queue forming down the corridor. When we arrived at 11:45 p.m.

    • on a Tuesday (about half way down the hallway), the line appeared to be somewhat lengthy, but it moved quite quickly.
    • We didn’t even have to wait more than 10 minutes.
    • The fragrance within this establishment is INCREDIBLE.
    • If you’ve been drinking, it just serves to amp up your euphoria even further.
    • The pizza, on the other hand, is actually rather tasty!

A 4/5 or a 7.5/10 rating if it weren’t located within a Las Vegas casino on the strip would be appropriate. Is that the finest I’ve ever tasted in terms of taste? No.Was it successful in ensuring that we ended a night of drinking on a high note?

    • Absolutely.
    • Despite having excellent flavor, the crust is not nearly robust enough to retain the slice without it flopping to the ground.
    • This is a classic New York City exam.
    • The cheese to sauce ratio is excellent, and I appreciate that the sauce is not too sweet in this case.
    • The pepperoni was tasty, but it was really greasy.
    1. Perhaps a little too much (which is A LOT for me to say).
    2. In terms of flavor, my favorite was the meatball and ricotta slice, while my wife like the white pizza the most.
    3. The prices are little higher than you’d expect to pay at a standard slice shop in New York or even Los Angeles, but when you consider the location and other alternatives around, this restaurant is a winner.

    • It has to be eaten with a spoon since it is so wet.
    • In the event that this sounds familiar, you’ve arrived to the correct location!
    • One of the most difficult aspects of baking pizza at home is getting the crust to be crispy.

Fortunately, there is a simple repair!

    Why isn’t my pizza crispy?

    • In the past, if you’ve attempted to cook Italian or New York-style pizza at home, you’ve undoubtedly discovered that it is quite difficult to get the crust as crispy as your favorite pizza joint. But, why is it so difficult to produce crispy pizza at home in the first place? The following are the most prevalent reasons why your pizza isn’t crispy: Mistakes in the dough
    • excessive moisture in the sauce
    • cheese
    • and toppings
    • incorrect temperature and baking process

Cooked in a wood-fired oven at around 900°F (480°C), traditional Neapolitan pizza is a delicacy.Additionally, New York-style pizza is often cooked in a brick oven heated to 600-700°F (315-370°C).No matter what sort of pizza you prepare, the secret to making it crispy is to bake it at a high temperature that allows the water to evaporate throughout the baking process.

    • In order for the food to become crispy, it must be baked long enough for enough water to evaporate.
    • The baking time and temperature, as well as the type of dough and toppings you employ, are critical factors in the success of your pie.
    • In order to make up for a lack of heat in your oven, you may bake the pizza for a longer period of time at a lower temperature.
    • However, if the crust is baked for an excessive amount of time, it will become dry.
    • As a result, you want to bake the pizza at the highest temperature feasible.

You may also make modifications to the dough to help it bake more quickly and crisp up more quickly.Overloading the pizza with sauce, cheese, and toppings can also cause it to take longer to crisp up due to the additional moisture in the dough.

    Dough for crispy pizza

The traditional Neapolitan pizza dough is made with only four ingredients: water, flour, salt, and yeast, which are all combined in a mixer. This dough is specially formulated to not burn when baked in a hot wood-fired oven. However, your home ovens will not be able to attain the same temperature.

    • As a result, the same factors that keep the pizza from burning in a wood-fired oven work against you when making it at home.
    • Fortunately, there are a few tweaks you can make to your dough to make it taste better.

Adding oil to your pizza dough for a faster bake

Oil is a good conductor of heat, which will aid in the baking of the crust and the crisping of the crust. The dough for Neapolitan pizza does not include any oil.The reason for this is because oil facilitates good conductivity.

    • If you are baking pizza in a really hot oven, you do not want a dough that is too conductive since it will not only make your pizza crispy, but it will also burn quickly.
    • In contrast, while baking pizza at home, you may take advantage of this to produce crispier pizza by incorporating oil into the dough before baking.

How Much Oil Should You Add?

The percentage of oil in the dough should be 3 percent when baking with baker’s percentages. The percentages used by bakers simply indicate how much of a certain component is present in the dough as compared to the amount of flour. For example, if you use 1000g of flour in your dough, 3 percent oil is equal to 30g of oil.

    • If you add less oil, the conductive properties will be reduced, and if you add more, the conductive properties will be increased.
    • However, if you add too much oil to the dough, the consistency of the crust will change, and it will become more biscuit-like or pie-like in appearance (just like Chicago Deep Dish pizza).

Adding sugar to your pizza dough

Sugar is yet another component that is absent from Neapolitan pizza dough recipes. Sugar will not make your pizza crust crispier, but it will help to brown it and make it more reminiscent of a Neapolitan-style pizza, which is what you want.

    Make the crust thinner

Another typical blunder is to make a pizza dough that is overly thick. Because a thick pizza crust takes longer to bake, it is more difficult to get it crispy in the oven.

Select the right sauce, cheese and toppings

When it comes to your salad, moisture from the toppings is one of your biggest adversaries. When there is too much moisture in the dough, it becomes mushy and difficult to crisp up.

    Sauce for crispy pizza

If you use too much or too little sauce, your pizza may get mushy. It is important not to use too much sauce on your pizza in order to avoid it becoming mushy.More sauce means more time spent baking, which means more time spent evaporating enough water during baking in order to crisp the crust.

    • Instead of boiling your pizza sauce, let it simmer for a few minutes to remove any extra liquids before serving.
    • The amount by which you should decrease your sauce is determined by how liquid it is.
    • It is just need to experiment a little in order to achieve the finest potential result.

    Cheese for crispy pizza

In the case of fresh mozzarella cheese for pizza, it is frequently delivered in a container that is partially submerged in liquid.Preparing the cheese in advance by absorbing the excess moisture with a kitchen towel or a piece of parchment paper is highly recommended.Cut the cheese and set it aside in the fridge to dry a few hours before you’re going to bake your pizza for best results.

    • When it comes to other types of cheese, avoid using highly fatty cheeses because this will result in a very oily pizza.
    • It is also not a good idea to use an excessive amount of cheese because this will build a cover over your sauce, preventing water from escaping during baking.

    Toppings for crispy pizza

It is best to avoid utilizing toppings that leak a lot of water as they are being cooked.Or, at the very least, restrict the amount of these toppings you use.Tomatoes, broccoli, and other veggies are examples of toppings that are excessively watery.

    • Yes, you may add veggies on your pizza, but be cautious not to use too many of them at one time!
    • In general, I recommend limiting the number of toppings you use.
    • Too many toppings, such too much cheese, will cause water to be trapped.
    • Also, avoid using overly fatty toppings on your pizza because they will make your pizza greasier.
    • Minimalism is key when it comes to pizzeria toppings.

    Baking crispier pizza

The baking process is the most critical step in making crispy pizza. It is necessary to raise the temperature in order to achieve the crispiest results. For baking the top of the pizza, you’ll need a higher oven temperature, and for baking the bottom of the pizza, you’ll need a hot baking surface.

Increase your oven temperature to bake your pizza crispier

In order to make your pizza crispier in the oven, the first and most obvious step is to raise the temperature.Because the temperature of the oven is higher, your pizza will bake more quickly and will be crispier as a result.I propose just turning the thermostat up to the highest level possible.

    • The second thing you should do is bake the pizza on a baking sheet in order to crisp the bottom of the pizza more quickly.
    • A baking surface, such as a pizza stone or steel, will nearly transform your home oven into a pizza oven in terms of performance.
    • When baking pizza at home, one of the difficulties is that the pizza does not have a hot surface on which to bake, as is the case in restaurants.
    • Putting your pizza on a baking sheet and then placing it in the oven does not give the baking sheet enough time to heat up.
    • It is not recommended to bake pizza on a cold baking sheet.

How to make pizza crust crispy using a pizza stone

A pizza stone is an excellent tool for simulating a pizza oven in the comfort of your own home. You can pick one up for approximately 15-25 bucks at most kitchen supply stores, Target, Walmart, and Amazon, among other places. And it’s a fantastic value for money way to get started producing delicious pizza at home!

    • When you preheat a pizza stone, it holds heat, which subsequently aids in baking your pizza more quickly and at a higher temperature.
    • As a result, the pizza will be crispier as a result of this.
    • Simply prepare your oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour at the maximum temperature setting and bake the pizza directly on the baking sheet to crisp the crust.

How to make pizza crust crispy using a pizza steel

A pizza steel is an even better alternative than a pizza stone when it comes to making pizza.Perhaps you believe that using a stone will provide you with the most similar results to a wood-fired pizza oven, but your oven is still unable to achieve the same temperatures as a wood-fired oven.A pizza steel transmits heat even better than a regular pizza pan, resulting in a crispier product.

    • Many commercial pizza ovens are also equipped with a metal deck, which serves the same purpose.
    • As with the stone, you should warm it in the oven for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour at the highest temperature possible before using it.
    • Then bake the pizza directly on the heated surface until it is golden brown.
    • A pizza steel is somewhat more expensive than a pizza stone, costing around 80-100 dollars, but it produces a superior product.
    • From Neapolitan and Sicilian to New York and pan pizza, I make use of my pizza steel for all of my cooking projects.

It’s also less difficult to clean and, with appropriate maintenance, will last a lifetime.Square Pizza Steel with Conductive Cooking Surface If you purchase something after clicking on this link, we will receive a tiny commission at no additional cost to you.If you want to learn more about pizza steels, you can read our article on the subject.

How to make crispy pizza without a pizza stone or steel

If you like to use a pizza stone or pizza steel, don’t fret if you don’t have one at the moment; you can still preserve your pizza night by utilizing items you already have at home.

    Baking tray

The first option you have is to use a baking sheet.A baking tray may be used to get a result that is quite similar to that of a pizza stone. The majority of baking trays nowadays are composed of aluminum, which is a light, soft metal that does not transfer heat very well and hence is not recommended for baking.

    • As a result, grouping many trays together will be beneficial.
    • It’s even better if you happen to have a tray made of iron or steel lying around.
    • You can use it in the same way you would a pizza steel; simply place it upside-down in the oven to make it simpler to slide pizzas into and out of the oven during baking.
    • Next, preheat the oven for at least 30 minutes before beginning to bake the cake.

    Cast-iron skillet

Using a cast-iron pan to bake the pizza is another excellent alternative.Iron, such as a pizza steel, is a good conductor of heat and is hence an excellent substitute.By preheating the cast iron skillet in the oven on the highest setting for at least 30 minutes before cooking, you’ll obtain the best results possible.

    • Remove the pan from the oven and carefully spoon in the dough, being careful not to burn your fingers.
    • Cook for a few more minutes, until the cheese is melted and the pizza crust has a great, crispy appearance, before adding the sauce, cheese, and toppings.
    • Keep in mind that a skillet with a handle made of plastic or another material that cannot withstand high temperatures should not be used.

    Conclusion

The secret to making crispy pizza at home is using the appropriate sort of dough, which should be enriched with oil since it helps the dough transfer heat more effectively when baking and evaporate more water during baking.Another crucial consideration is to ensure sure the pizza base is thin enough so that it bakes quickly. In order to limit the amount of moisture in your dish, use less watery sauce, avoid using wet and greasy cheese, and use non-watery garnishes.

    • As a final step, bake the pizza in a very hot oven while using a surface that conducts heat effectively, such as a pizza steel, to replicate the floor of a pizza oven.
    • There you have it: the key to making wonderfully crispy pizza at home.

The six secrets you need to know to make the perfect pizza

Pizza is a delicious and nutrient-dense dish that is ideal for any celebration. Bright Side has compiled a list of tips and tricks for creating a great pizza right in your own house.

Secret 1. Proper dough kneading techniques

    • Recipe includes the following ingredients: 2 lb (900 g) all-purpose flour
    • fresh yeast (0.4 ounce (10 g)
    • 17 fl oz (0.5 l) water
    • .4 oz (10 g) vegetable or olive oil
    • .8 oz (20 g) sea salt (fine grind)

Make sure to knead the dough consistently. Sifting the flour helps to make the cooked dough lighter and more fluffy. Fresh yeast should be crumbled into cold water in a mixing dish and stirred until thoroughly dissolved. Add half of the flour at a time, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Then incorporate the remaining flour and salt into the dough.

    Secret 2: Adding olive oil

It is preferable to include the olive oil into the flour mixture in order to produce a more elastic dough. Everything should be completely kneaded. Transfer the dough to a clean work area and knead for a few minutes, or until it no longer seems sticky.

Secret 3: Rolling out the dough by hand

Divide the dough into separate pieces and allow it to rise at room temperature for approximately 1 hour before using it as directed.Allow for a two-fold increase in the volume of the dough.Roll out the dough as thinly as you can by hand, using a rolling pin.

    • Using a little dusting of flour, sprinkle the dough and begin to gently stretch it outward from the center.
    • It is preferable to retain the centre while pulling the edges outward.
    • Make the sides of the pan slightly thicker in order to develop a crust on the bottom.

Secret 4: Making pizza crust crispy

Prepare a baking pan by brushing it with olive oil and sprinkling it with flour to prevent the dough from adhering to it. Sprinkle desired toppings over the dough and bake for approximately 10 minutes at 390 degrees F (180-200 degrees C) in an oven set to 390 degrees F (180-200 degrees C).

    Secret 5: Picking the sauce

To make a pizza with an average diameter, use no more than 3 tablespoons of sauce. It is not necessary to use standard tomato paste in the preparation of the sauce. Your pizza will benefit greatly from the addition of mild cream cheese, hummus, or pesto sauce. Pay attention to the sauce’s consistency; it should be thick but not runny, or the dough will become too moist.

    Secret 6: Choosing toppings

The rule of thumb is to limit the number of toppings on a pizza to no more than four.If there is more than one layer of toppings, the layer should not be thicker than 0.4 in (1 cm).Although it is not required to sprinkle the toppings over the whole surface of the dough, the top layer should be grated cheese, so do so if you choose.

    • In order to serve a pizza, ingredients such as fresh herbs should be sprinkled on top of it.

    Classic bacon pizza

Cut the bell pepper into strips, the salami into semicircles, and the bacon into slices. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, then top with peppers, bacon, and salami before sprinkling generously with grated parmesan cheese on top.

    Mushroom and onion pizza

Prepare the mushrooms by chopping them as finely as possible. Add a little olive oil and the mushrooms to a frying pan and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Cook for a few minutes, then stir in a little amount of heavy cream. Place the mushroom mixture on the bottom of the dish as a first layer, then top with onion slices and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Chicken Pesto pizza

Toss cooked chicken breasts with your hands to shred them into little bits, then lay them out over the dough that has been drizzled with sauce. Before placing your pizza in the oven, top it with shredded cheese and toss it around to coat everything. This pizza will be delicious and juicy at the same time.

    Ground beef pizza

Using a small onion and a clove of garlic, finely cut the ingredients. Cook them in a frying pan with olive oil until they are soft, then add ground beef. In the meantime, pour tomato paste over the dough and equally distribute the meat mixture on top of it. Just before serving, garnish with finely chopped fresh herbs.

How to Find The Secret Sister Location in FNAF: Security Breach

    1. When it comes to the setting, FNAF: Security Breach is set in a big mall, but another of the series’ notorious pizza locations is hidden deep under the Pizzaplex.
    2. As opposed to the previous games in the series, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach allows players to freely roam the Mega Pizzaplex as Gregory and flee from chasing animatronics in order to complete the mission.
    3. It is worth noting that the game not only has several allusions to previous FNAF games, but it also contains multiple places from previous FNAF games for players to explore.
    4. With the use of the Faz Cam, players may locate Michael Afton’s room from FNAF: Sister Location, which is one of the rooms available in FNAF: Sister Location.

On practically every night in FNAF: Sister Location, Michael Afton returns to his house in order to watch an episode of ″The Immortal and the Restless″ on television. While his complete living space has been strangely reproduced within the Mega Pizzaplex in FNAF: Security Breach, players will be able to obtain popcorn and exotic butters that they could previously only find in FNAF: Sister Location. However, in order to get access to this site, players must first decommission all three animatronics in the Pizzaplex complex.Gregory will be able to utilize the pieces from Roxy, Chica, and Monty to enhance Freddy and get access to portions of the Mega Pizzaplex that were previously unreachable due to their deactivation. It is necessary to use Chica’s voice box in order to not only shock other bots, but also to unlock voice-activated locks, and Monty’s claws are required in order to break through the chained gates that may be found around the mall.

However, because all three improvements can only be obtained before 6:00 a.m., players will have to decide whether or not to remain in the Pizzaplex and continue exploring in order to obtain all three upgrades in one day.

How To Unlock Michael Afton’s Room In FNAF: Security Breach

    1. FNAF: Security Breach requires the use of the Faz Cam, which can be obtained from the Monty Golf section of the Pizzaplex.
    2. The Faz Cam is required in order to enter the hidden sister site.
    3. After decommissioning the animatronics and upgrading Freddy to his full potential, players will be able to return to the utility hallway where Monty first pursued them at the start of the game and make their way through the maintenance tunnels until they reach a Monty gate, which will be obscured by a massive cloud of steam, at the conclusion of the game.
    4. After passing through the shackles and continuing on, there is another gate that requires Chica’s voicebox to be activated in order to be passed.

A hidden door will open when players flash the wall with their Faz Cam after passing through the first set of stairs. From there, players may go down a series of stairs that appears to lead nowhere. The inside of Michael Afton’s room is largely identical to the one shown in FNAF: Sister Location, with the exception of a few minor modifications.Among the other things that can be found around the Mega Pizzaplex, there is a CD player that players may utilize to listen to the 16 collected Retro CDs that have been concealed throughout the complex. However, they can only be discovered with the help of Roxy’s eyes since the CDs include recordings from Vanessa’s therapy sessions, which disclose more about her past as well as some of the mysteries of what’s been going wrong at the mall.

Following that, every Princess Quest location has been compromised by the FNAF.Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach is a video game that can be played on PC, Playstation 4, and Playstation 5.The Hogwarts Legacy will not assign players to one of the seven houses.Damien Freidly’s biographical information (290 Articles Published) In addition to writing gaming tips and articles for Screen Rant, Damien Freidly also writes for other publications. In 2020, he will receive his Bachelor’s degree in English, and in his leisure time, he performs as a vocalist.

The Secret’s Out! Pizza Secret Bringing A Slice Of Naples To 5th Avenue

    1. PARK SLOPE – After a rocky start, Pizza Secret has finally opened its doors at the old Locanda Peperoncino building at 72 5th Avenue after a year-long wait.
    2. ″I got here on April 6th, sat down, and immediately had a sensation that this was already mine,″ said Pizza Secret owner Rosario Granieri of the location.
    3. ″You know the sensation you get when you go into a house and think, ‘This place is mine.’ I signed the lease on June 1st and completed a complete refurbishment of the restaurant in 25 days.
    4. I took with me a new soul, a new existence, and a new spirit.

″I have my soul within me.″ Approximately one week and a half after the restaurant’s opening, the NYC Department of Health ordered the restaurant’s temporary closure due to an existing leak in the common basement below the eatery.″I was upset because I had just finished opening my dream and it had been shut down,″ he says. The feeling is, ‘What have you done to me?’ ″I was on the verge of tears.″ In order to make the required repairs, Granieri engaged a plumber, and the business was granted the green light to reopen on Friday.Granieri is a third generation restaurateur who hails from the city of Naples in Italy.During a hectic Sunday afternoon at the restaurant, he explained to BKLYNER that his grandpa, father, himself, and his nephew were all pizza makers.

Granieri’s parents are the owners of Pizzeria Miracoli, which he described as ″one of the oldest pizzerias in Naples.″ ″Whenever I was in the restaurant with my family, I made an effort to assist them.″I remember making my first pie by myself when I was five years old,″ he recalls. And the young professional didn’t stop there, beginning his career as a fornaio (baker) at the age of 13 before moving on to work for Rossopomodoro, a successful Italian restaurant chain, from the ages of 14 to 19 years. It was with them that he worked as a pizzaiolo (pizza maker) in cities like as Milan and Sardinia, as well as Rome and Salerno.″I used to go around teaching people how to cook pizza, which was a lot of fun.″ Granieri then met a restaurateur who was interested in establishing a company in the United States, and he decided to travel across the Atlantic to create OroPomodoro in Washington, D.C.

    • When the young chef graduated from culinary school in 2009, he ventured out on his own and founded his own pizza, Pacci’s in Silver Springs, Maryland.
    • The popularity of that eatery prompted him to open a second company ten months later, Pacci’s Trattoria, where he served fresh pasta dishes made from recipes passed down through his grandparents’ generation.
    • Granieri said that, despite his success, it was challenging for him to handle two restaurants with his weak command of the English language, so when Eataly came calling in 2011, he chose to make another move.
    • In an email, he claimed that Eataly had contacted him and requested him to return to Rossopomodoro since they had established a Rossopomodoro within the Eataly shopping center.
    • ″I sold my house and relocated to New York since it had always been a goal of mine to live in New York….
    • ″At Eataly in the United States of America, I was in command of all pizzaiolos.″ Granieri, on the other hand, was ready to start his own firm again after six years of working for someone else.
    • ″I’ve lived in the United States for about 11 years,″ he explains.
    • The woman said, ″I’m 30 now, and I’m eager to share my love with everyone in Park Slope and Brooklyn.″ In his new business, he adds, ″Because I’m going to be spending a lot of time here because this is my new home, I’m going to share all I’ve learned throughout my life here.″ He goes on to declare, ″This is not work for me.″ It is not a paid position.
    • It’s me, by the way.
    • It’s something I can do quickly and effortlessly without being exhausted.″ Granieri, who is now residing in Williamsburg, says he enjoys Park Slope and encourages locals to Pizza Secret for a taste of Italian cuisine.
    • Everything is devised by me and my father, including the meatballs ($11) and eggplant parmigiana ($11), which he describes as ″very ancient recipes″ that he and his father have passed down through the generations.
    • He also notes that a different pasta dish will be served every day.

I want to introduce Napolitano culture to this area and to this restaurant in particular because I want to feel at home there.″ ″I want to feel at home, and I want people who come here to feel at home, so that when they go inside, they will feel as if they are in Napoli.″ ″I want people who come here to feel at home, and I want people who come here to feel at my house.″ Granieri also intends to provide pizza-making lessons in the future.″Pizza class is my favorite since it is a good time.″You share the method of making pizza, as well as the dough and the history,″ he asserts emphatically. In the future, he hopes to offer gnocchi and pasta-making workshops as well.Granieri, a mus
