I just wanted to remind everyone who is vegan that the pizza dough contains nonfat dried milk.
From 9/29/08: A reader recently enquired about Round Table Pizza, which led to this response.
I contacted with a representative from Round Table Pizza’s marketing department over the phone, and she informed me that the dough contains no eggs, making it lacto-vegetarian.
There is, however, nonfat dried milk in the recipe, so it is not completely vegan.
