Terrible app
I’ve been going to Blaze for more than two years and really adore their pizza.I used to use the app on a regular basis.When I attempted to use it recently, I was informed that there had been an upgrade and that I had been signed out.
I was unable to get into my previous account and as a result, I forfeited all of my prizes.I created a new account and attempted to place an order twice.Each time, I was signed out and received no proof that my transaction had been placed successfully.I ultimately contacted the business to place a phone order since I was getting so annoyed with the process.Only to discover when I arrived at the store that one of my online items had really arrived, and that I had been charged for both.
When I tell you that this app charged me five times for the same pizza and that when I asked the business to reimburse me, they informed me that I needed to contact my bank, I wish I were kidding.To make matters worse, when I finally received my pizza, the centre was not properly cooked, which was something I had never seen previously with flames.Overall, it was an awful app and experience, and my favorite pizza joint has now been transformed into a place I would never return to.
