Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Remove the rice from the heat, fluff it into a large mixing basin, and put it aside. Prepare your vegetables while the rice is cooking/cooling. Set the matchsticks aside until you’re ready to use them. You’ll be ready to roll as soon as the rice is finished!
    2. STEP FOUR: To minimize messy clean-up and cleaning, cover your bamboo mat in plastic wrap before rolling! STEP FOUR: Place a sheet of nori on top of the nori sheet and take your rice!

    But you can’t use just any old rice to make Good Sushi Rice

    Despite what you would believe, any ordinary rice will not enough for this purpose.For starters, it needs to be sushi rice from Japan.uh, sort of.Maybe it’s true.More on it in a moment.
