  • Fill the bottom of each nori sheet with a little amount of water, using your fingers to distribute it. Step 3 To assemble, wrap the bottom of each nori sheet in parchment paper and tightly roll it up over the salmon, cream cheese, and veggies, continuing to roll until it is completely sealed. It is now fairly easy to find sushi rice at most grocery stores! I made my own sticky rice, but if you happen to have some leftover sticky rice, that would make this a snap.
