    Even if you are not capable of producing pizza dough (which I know you are!), you can create dinner rolls if you are capable of creating pizza dough.Follow these easy steps to make fluffy, chewy, buttery buns that are perfect for serving with any meal.I don’t consider myself to be a bread baker in the traditional sense.Nonetheless, because pizza dough has all of the same components as bread dough, it is really simple to make the switch.

    (Now, if only I could figure out how to make beautiful boules like these…)..The following is the quickest and most straightforward way for making pizza dough dinner rolls: Make a batch of pizza dough (or purchase two balls of dough from the grocery store), pull and roll the dough to make a long rope, cut the rope into 2-inch pieces, and roll the dough pieces into balls.Repeat with the remaining dough.

    Bake for about 35 minutes, or until the dinner rolls are a deep golden brown on top, in a pie plate or other baking dish, slathered with garlic-herb butter.

    A few tips to get you started

    If you let the 1-Hour Pizza Dough rise for an extended period of time, it will result in fluffier rolls. If possible, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 2 hours before rolling it out and cutting it into pieces.
