    But you can’t use just any old rice to make Good Sushi Rice

    Despite what you would believe, any ordinary rice will not enough for this purpose.For starters, it needs to be sushi rice from Japan.uh, sort of.Maybe it’s true.More on it in a moment.The Japanese kind of rice has been in continual pursuit of perfection for generations, and it differs significantly from the rice consumed in certain other Asian countries in the region.
