    STEP 1: Rinse the sushi rice in a fine mesh strainer with cold water to remove any excess salt.STEP 2: Cook the rice in your Instant Pot or on the stovetop, depending on your preference.Make advantage of the rice setting on your Instant Pot if you have one (low pressure for 12 minutes).Allowing the pressure to spontaneously dissipate is recommended.The rice should be soft, and the water should have been totally absorbed by the grains of grain.To cook the rice on the stovetop, bring the rice and water to a boil, then decrease the heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is tender.

    2. STEP 3: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until well combined.
    3. Stir in the vinegar sugar mixture until everything is thoroughly blended after you have added the cooked rice to a big bowl.

    Cut The Ingredients and Fill the Rolls:

    STEP 4: In the meantime, thinly slice the cucumber, the carrots, the avocado, and the tofu to make a salad. Cook the tofu strips for about 4 minutes on high heat in a flat pan with a little oil until they are crisp and golden. During the cooking process, add a spoonful of soy sauce.

    Roll The Sushi Rolls:

    STEP 5: Lay a nori sheet lengthwise on a bamboo rolling mat, glossy side down, and wrap it up tightly.Wet your hands in a small dish of cool water after filling it with cool water.To make the nori sheet, take a handful of rice and lay it in the center of it.Spread evenly, leaving a 3/4-inch strip of the nori sheet exposed on the top of the nori sheet for decoration.SIXTH STEP: Arrange thin slices of cucumber, carrot, tofu, and avocado in a line on the near border of the nori sheet, overlapping them slightly.Make careful you don’t overfill the nori seaweed.

    2. Gently roll the bamboo mat and nori sheet towards your fingertips, applying only a tiny amount of pressure.
    3. Make sure that the rice and nori sheet completely encircle and cover the items.
    4. Roll the sushi gently in order to ensure that it is rolled evenly.
    • STEP 8: Wet your fingertips again in the shallow bowl of cool water and apply moisturizer to the strip of nori sheet that has been exposed.
    • Next, using a piece of bamboo mat, thoroughly fold up the nori sheet.

    Cut the Rolls

    STEP 9: Carefully cut the sushi roll in half with a sharp knife after placing it on a cutting board. Before and after chopping, run the knife under cold water to clean it. Place the sushi halves next to each other on a cutting board and carefully cut them into little pieces.
