  1. The oven should be set at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. To prepare cauliflower rice, shred the cauliflower florets in a food processor or box grater until they are finely chopped.
  3. To soften your cauliflower, microwave it for about 5 minutes on high power. Instead, sauté the cauliflower for 10 minutes over medium-high heat in the stovetop sauté pan.
  4. Drain the cauliflower and set it aside. Grated florets should be placed in a nut milk bag or a dish towel to drain. Squeeze the cauliflower until all of the liquid has been squeezed out of it. Make sure to allow the cauliflower to cool somewhat before squeezing to avoid burning your hands.
  5. Cauliflower rice should be mixed with cheese, egg, and spices. Toss everything together in a large mixing basin with your hands until everything is well-combined
  6. Make the shape of your pizza crust. Place the dough on a baking sheet and flatten it down into an equal round. The circumference should be around 9 inches.
  7. Preheat the oven to 250°F and bake for 25 minutes. If you started with frozen cauliflower, you may need to cook it for a few minutes longer than recommended above. Then remove the dish from the oven and add the garnishes. After that, return the pizza to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
