Remove the cooked dough off the grill and place it on a cookie sheet: Once the pizza dough has gently browned on one side, transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza peel to cool before removing it from the oven. Toss the dough with a spatula to turn it over so that the grilled side is now facing up. Cover the grill to ensure that the heat is retained for the following step.
    7. Toss with olive oil and top with your favorite ingredients: Using an extra virgin olive oil brush, coat the surface of the pizza with 1 ladle of sauce — no more, or you’ll have a soggy pizza.     • 12 – 1 cup (120-240 mL) pizza sauce
    • 1-2 cups (240-480 mL) shredded cheese
    • 1-2 cups (240-480 mL) sliced toppings of your choice (optional)
    • 2 cups (473.17 mL) all purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon (14.78 mL) dried active yeast
    • 3/4 cup (180 mL) lukewarm water
    • 1 1 1 2 (7.39 mL) teaspoons salt

    1. 1 Dissolve the yeast in warm water. Pour the lukewarm water into a medium-sized mixing bowl or the bowl of a standing mixer and stir until well combined.
