    • pinch red pepper flakes
    • 8 twists black pepper from a pepper mill

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Using a nonstick frying pan, cook the ingredients over medium heat.
    3. 1 tablespoon of olive oil should be added to the frying pan.
    4. Half of the spinach should be added to the frying pan and sautéed until wilted, about 2 minutes.
    5. Then add the remainder of the spinach and cook for another 2 minutes or until it is completely wilted

I’m still amazed when I hear individuals state they don’t pre-bake their crusts before baking them. Par-baking permits the center of the dough to cook while the outside does not get dark golden brown, as is the case with traditional baking. This ensures that when you put the topping on top, it will not become mushy. In addition, it will become absolutely crisp when it is baked.
    • To make the crust a little crispier and darker golden brown after par-baking, lightly spray it with olive oil after it has been removed from the oven.
    • Don’t go overboard with the garnishes and toppers. When it comes to flatbread toppings, the old adage ″less is more″ is especially true in this situation.     2. The following two pizzas are both delicious and low in calories: Chicken Pesto Pizza and Buffalo Chicken Pizza This isn’t the first time we’ve cooked flatbread pizzas or flatbread breakfast pizzas, but this version is a touch more healthful and lower in calories than the others.

    Healthy Pizza in Minutes

    1. No one would be surprised if I told you how much my family enjoys pizza!
    2. Our family enjoys it for lunch and dinner, which means we consume large quantities.

    Making Healthy Flatbread Pizzas

    1. Placing the Flatout on a baking sheet or pizza pan and spreading it with pesto before topping with 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese is how to make the Chicken Pesto Pizza.
    2. Grilled chicken and chopped tomato are placed on top.
    3. Placing the pan in the oven and baking for 3-4 minutes at 400 degrees is recommended.
    4. Remove from the oven and top with the remaining cheese and fresh basil, if you choose.
    5. To make the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, start by placing the Flatout on a baking sheet or pizza pan and spreading 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce on top.
    6. Toss the leftover buffalo sauce and dry ranch mix into the chicken.
    • Chicken, cheese, and red onion are sprinkled on top.
    • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and chopped fresh parsley, if preferred, before serving.
