    For those of you who receive your pizza in a plastic bag (which is nearly usually the case), we’ve got a method for you to try.Before you completely unwrap it, tip it over onto a box or other flat surface and remove the plastic off the rear of the package alone.Use a fork or a paring knife to poke small holes in the dough or ″dock″ the dough in the middle, where the toppings will be placed, before baking.This will enable the steam to escape, resulting in a crust that is far less limp.After you’ve docked the dough, you may take it from the plastic wrap fully and proceed to cook it as you normally would, as described above.
